Judy B. Homer, President, has over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment, and has built long lasting relationships with senior technology and HR leaders in companies that range in size from Fortune 50 to entrepreneurial startups based on our firm's proven track record for delivering a superior client experience and targeted slates of candidates. Judy founded JB Homer Associates in 1982 - which today is one of the few women-owned retained search firms focused on the global recruitment of information technology and operations executives across all industries. The firm's global reach now extends from New York to the Middle East and Asia after successfully completing assignments for major financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, NASDAQ, and the OppenheimerFunds, as well as for clients as diverse as Local 802, Lumber Liquidators, ArchBrook Laguna, and The American University of Beirut.

Before establishing JB Homer, Judy founded Paul Homer Associates, a firm specializing in technology, finance, marketing and human resource recruiting. Judy started her career in search at Fortune Personnel, where she was instrumental in building the Information Technology Recruiting Department there. Widely recognized as an expert in the field of executive search, Judy has spoken at conferences such as Women In Technology, Society of Information Management and CIO, and has been interviewed as a subject matter expert by Waters, searchCIO.com, Baseline, and BusinessWeek. She is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment, the Society of Information Management and the Women's Bond Club of New York.

Judy graduated in the top 10% percent of her class from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Education Degree.

Fred Weber, Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer, leads the research and information technology divisions of the firm, and is responsible for contractual management of the relationships with our clients and vendors. Fred sets all policies and procedures and oversees all recruitment efforts to assure the firm adheres to the standards established by the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

Before joining JB Homer in 1991, Fred had 15 years with Alfa-Laval, Inc., a Swedish-held conglomerate, where he held positions of increased responsibility, culminating as Manager, Customer Service.

Fred graduated with a BS in Business from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, New York.

Jeff Hunt, VP of Technology Recruitment, is responsible for senior-level executive recruiting and assessment across all industries for our global clients. He has been the account manager for searches for clients such as: Barclays, The New York Times, Phillips-Van Heusen, and QVC. Before joining the firm in 2007, Jeff was Chief Operating Officer with Hunt-Scanlon Advisors, the leading source of news, information and analysis on the human capital industry for executives in human resources, recruitment, diversity and professional services. Prior to Hunt-Scanlon he was Director of Research with Plummer & Associates, a Connecticut-based executive consulting firm.

Jeff studied Business and English Literature at Franklin Pierce College and graduated from the New England School of Banking at Williams College.

Louis Gerzofsky, Director of Technology Recruitment and Executive Coaching has over 20 years of executive search experience, primarily recruiting for a diverse variety of Wall Street institutions in the US, UK, Europe, and the Far East. He has successfully completed assignments up to the Managing Director level at the Union Bank of Switzerland, Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, Commerzbank, and ABN-Amro, amongst others.

Prior to joining JB Homer Associates, Louis founded Global Treasury Resources, Inc., a boutique executive search firm that has specialized in the recruitment of capital and treasury markets executives in senior management, sales and trading, and technology.

Louis has also developed an executive coaching practice that has enabled his clients to rapidly define, achieve and surpass their career goals. He has helped executives from a wide variety of businesses (e.g., hospitality and entertainment, sell side and buy side financial services institutions and the insurance industry) with a broad array of career issues and challenges such as how to successfully engage a globally dispersed and culturally diverse senior management team; creating and implementing a successful job search strategy; and designing the 30/60/90 day action plan that turbocharges the first few months of a new job.

Louis graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a B.A. in English Literature and is an avid runner who finished the 2007 NY Marathon.

Linda Zenkewich, Director, Operation Support Services / Head Researcher, is responsible for leading our proprietary and customized research. She constantly reevaluates and expands the data sources utilized by both our research team and search consultants at JB Homer Associates to identify and attract new candidates and to enable us to offer our clients market analyses on the trends impacting our searches. Linda has been involved in research within executive search since 1997. Prior to joining JB Homer Associates she was with The Weather Channel as the Office Manager/Research Analyst.

Linda graduated from St. John's University with a BA in Business.
