Judy B. Homer, President, has over 25 years of experience in executive recruitment. She founded JB Homer Associates in 1982 - which today is still one of the few women-owned retained search firms focused on the global recruitment of information technology and operations executives across all industries.

Before establishing JB Homer, Judy founded Paul Homer Associates, a firm specializing in technology, finance, marketing and human resource recruiting. Judy started her career in search at Fortune Personnel, where she was instrumental in building the Information Technology Recruiting Department there. Widely recognized as an expert in the field of executive search, Judy has spoken at conferences such as Women In Technology, Society of Information Management and CIO. She is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, the International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment, the Society of Information Management and the Women's Bond Club of New York.

Judy graduated in the top 10% percent of her class from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Education Degree.

Gina Schiller is SVP Technology Recruitment at JB Homer. Before joining the firm in 1997, Gina was with Executive Registry, Inc., where she was one of their top producers in technology recruitment. She is widely recognized for her understanding of the technology and operations arena and her extensive contacts in the field.

Jeff Hunt, Director, Recruitment, at JB Homer. Before joining the firm in 2007, Jeff was Chief Operating Officer with Hunt-Scanlon Advisors, the leading source of news, information and analysis on the human capital industry for executives in human resources, recruitment, diversity and professional services. Prior to this he was director of research with Plummer & Associates, a Connecticut-based executive consulting firm.

Jeff studied Business and English Literature at Franklin Pierce College and graduated from the New England School of Banking at Williams College.

Before joining JB Homer in 1991, Fred Weber, Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer, had 15 years with Alfa-Laval, Inc., a Swedish-held conglomerate, where he held positions of increased responsibility, culminating as Manager, Customer Service.

Fred received a BS in Business from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, New York.

Linda Zenkewich, Director, Operation Support Services, was previously with The Weather Channel as the Office Manager/Research Analyst. She joined JB Homer in 1997.
